Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a normal accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux OS and is included at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited domain names in one single user account. This is realizable because of Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable solely in combination with CentOS. Unlike Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO separate web hosting account logins. This is so, because of the fact that cPanel and DirectAdmin do not provide any domain registration/transfer/management choices. If you choose Ubuntu as an OS for your dedicated web hosting server, there will be no web hosting Control Panel possibility.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domains can be hosted with all available CP interfaces, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your web site names in one web hosting account. Unfortunately, the cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel platforms do not present such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager section and for that reason they call for 2 autonomous web hosting account logins: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one web site administration user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel).
OS (Operating System) 3 - you will note that the Hepsia CP can work with Debian Linux only. It's free of charge to install it on your dedicated web hosting server. Hepsia is not available with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting Control Panel platforms operate solely with the CentOS OS. Neither of them is offered with Debian or Ubuntu.
